Privacy Policy

How Elevated Bets collects, uses, and shares information when you use elevated.bet and related membership services.

Effective October 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Elevated Bets (“Elevated Bets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with elevated.bet, related pages such as tt.elevated.bet, our Discord community, and membership checkout. Using the site or buying a membership means you agree to this policy. Related rules are in our Terms & Conditions.

Elevated Bets is a sports-information and community product. We are not a sportsbook and we do not accept wagers.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Elevated Bets, we may collect:

  • Account and membership details — name, email, phone number, Discord username or ID, Whop user ID, and membership status. Checkout and payment accounts are created through Whop.
  • Payment information — billing is processed by Whop. We do not store full card numbers on elevated.bet.
  • Communications — messages you send in Discord, through Whop, or by email/SMS if you gave us a contact method.
  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps, and similar log data.
  • Advertising and attribution data — UTM parameters, click IDs, and cookies such as eb_click, _fbc, and _fbp so we can tell which ad or link brought you to the site.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide the website, membership, Discord access, and related products
  • Process trials and paid memberships through Whop
  • Send service messages (welcome, billing reminders, play or product notices you opted into)
  • Measure ads, landers, and which campaigns convert
  • Improve the product, keep records, and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Comply with law and enforce our terms

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage to run the site and measure traffic. That includes a first-party click cookie (eb_click) used to attribute visits and checkouts, and advertising cookies when a pixel is active.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Some features (including checkout attribution) may not work as intended if you do.

4. Advertising partners

When advertising pixels are enabled, we may share device, event, and click identifiers with platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok so we can run and measure ads. Those companies process data under their own policies.

You can limit ad tracking through your device settings and, where available, each platform’s ad preferences. Meta users can review tools at facebook.com/privacy/policy. TikTok users can review TikTok’s privacy policy.

5. Who we share information with

We share information with service providers that help us operate Elevated Bets, including:

  • Whop — membership, checkout, and payments
  • Discord — community access and support
  • GoHighLevel (GHL) — email or SMS if you provided a phone number or email
  • Advertising platforms — such as Meta and TikTok, when pixels or click IDs are in use
  • Hosting and operations vendors needed to run the websites

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect Elevated Bets or others, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information for cash. Advertising measurement can still count as “sharing” under some U.S. state privacy laws.

6. Retention

We keep information as long as needed for membership, records, ads measurement, legal, and security purposes. Checkout and payment records may also be retained by Whop under its own policy.

7. Your choices

  • Manage or cancel membership in your Whop account
  • Leave Discord or adjust Discord privacy settings
  • Unsubscribe from marketing SMS/email using the stop or unsubscribe method in the message
  • Request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold by contacting us as described below

If you are in a U.S. state with consumer privacy rights (including California), you may have additional rights to know, delete, correct, or opt out of certain sharing. To make a request, contact us in Discord or through your Whop account. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.

8. Children

Elevated Bets is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No website or payment processor is 100% secure. Use a unique password on Whop and Discord.

10. Third-party sites

Links to Whop, Discord, sportsbooks, or other sites are governed by those companies’ policies, not this one. We are not responsible for their practices.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
