These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Elevated Bets for use of elevated.bet, related sites such as tt.elevated.bet, our Discord community, and paid or trial membership. By using the site or buying membership you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not start a membership.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and able to form a contract. You may only use betting-related information where sports betting is legal for you. You are responsible for following the laws where you live.
2. What Elevated Bets is (and is not)
Elevated Bets provides sports information, picks, records, education, and a private Discord community. We are not a sportsbook, casino, or payment processor for wagers. We do not accept bets, hold customer wagering funds, or pay out winning tickets.
Any bet you place is between you and a licensed sportsbook of your choice. We do not guarantee that a given book will list a market or honor a ticket.
3. No advice; no guaranteed results
Content is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or wagering advice. Past results do not guarantee future results. We lose plays. Only risk money you can afford to lose.
4. Membership and billing
New membership is offered as a $1 trial for 7 days, then $69 every 30 days, unless a different price is shown at checkout for a grandfathered plan you already have. Checkout and recurring billing are handled by Whop.
- Cancel before day 7 of the $1 trial and you will not be charged the $69.
- After the trial, membership renews automatically until you cancel in Whop.
- Existing members on older plans keep those plans; new buyers use the current $1 → $69 offer.
Manage billing, cards, and cancellation in your Whop account. Access to Premium Discord features depends on an active qualifying membership and our onboarding rules.
5. Refunds
The $1 trial charge is generally not refunded. If you cancel before the first $69 renewal, that $69 is not charged. After a paid charge, refunds are not guaranteed and are handled case-by-case. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in loss of access.
6. Free Plays and public content
Free Plays and other public content are informational. They are not a promise of profit, a substitute for Premium, or an offer to broker a wager. Availability can change. We may stop or change Free Plays at any time.
7. Your account and conduct
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information to Whop and Discord
- Keep your login details private and not share Premium access
- Not scrape, resell, or republish our plays, records, or member content
- Follow Discord server rules and treat staff and members respectfully
- Not use the service for fraud, multi-accounting, or anything illegal
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, chargebacks, sharing accounts, or breaking these Terms. Staff, contest, and promotional rules on other pages (including contest rules) also apply when you enter those programs.
8. Intellectual property
The Elevated Bets name, logo, site design, picks, write-ups, records, and related content are owned by Elevated Bets or our licensors. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view them as a visitor or member. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute them without written permission.
9. Third-party services
Checkout uses Whop. Community uses Discord. Ads may use Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or decisions those companies make.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elevated Bets and its owners, staff, and cappers are not liable for betting losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, Discord, picks, or membership. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for membership in the 30 days before the claim, or $69, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elevated Bets from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your betting activity, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Changes and termination
We may change the site, membership features, pricing for new purchases, and these Terms. The effective date at the top will update when Terms change. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may stop offering the service. You may stop using it and cancel membership at any time in Whop.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States, except where the law requires otherwise.
14. Responsible gambling
